Interview with Kraise: GunZ History, GunZ 2
Below is an interview with Kraise on the subjects of GunZ History and the upcoming release of GunZ 2: The Second Duel:
….
Citizen: Kraise, thank you for inviting Gunzfactor to ask you a few questions. I have a few myself in addition to the subjects that you brought up. With GunZ 2 on the horizon, your input now is definitely appreciated.
1) Firstly, where have you been the past few months? (or years!) Its been awhile since we’ve seen Kraise on the competitive battle field.
Kraise: been the other side of GunZ, KGunZ, hunting down making new friends
2) You were one of the players that pioneered what has today become GunZ: The Duel and a major influence on its success and cult following. What do you miss about the beginning days?
Kraise: lol at ‘cult’, well I dont really miss anything
I just enjoy the present time!
3) On the subject of history, many GunZ players claim to invent moves. Were you ever witness to the creation of a mainstream technique? Any cool stories?
Kraise: well I think this is related with K-styling. I invented by myself, but I was just not the very first one
4) Who has been your toughest opponent? Have there ever been players you though you couldn’t defeat? In the early days, were there ever players that knew moves you didn’t?
Kraise: Hmmm there were some people still asking me about ‘map controlling’, which I cant really teach them lol, not be ego or sarcasm but except my partners, I didn’t really had any rivals, at earlier time we didn’t really have good people, just like IGunZ was in first time
5) You’ve had several students in the past that are pretty famous (or infamous). Who were your favorites students? Did you ever run into someone that was unteachable? Any regrets?
Kraise: all my students were my favourite, but I made a mistake about one student tho, they player grew up and being whaling, crying, egoing, bit**ing everywhere now, thats the only regret for that I had students, you know who Im talking about.
6) With GunZ: The Second Duel on its way, where do you hope the game goes? MAIET has expressed mixed views on K-Style and the future of the style and complexity of the game remain in debate. What are your hopes and fears for GunZ 2?
Kraise: Hahahaha YEEAAAA GunZ 2!!!! CAN I SEE SOME HANDS ON THE AIR!!?? lolz hmmm I’ve gave them a tester requesting mail but they said it would be able to get testers on next year, so Im like Ok? thought they almost made it. I want GunZ 2 to be more realistic, not flash-bugged crap, if there is K-style then make it cool, because just being what the **** is going on the screen is not awesome and cool, they gotta make it Haw-some.
7) Any other comments?
Kraise: Hmmmm well my name is Kraise, contact me for any questions Kraise@naver.com, or mail me
thank you citizen
