anyone willing to make a simple (free) "edit" of a short duel frag?

was wondering if an editor/someone who knows the basics of sony vegas would be willing to record and upload a "duel frag" with a song of my choice. the only editing thats required is cutting short the time between the rounds, i.e. the first 2-4 seconds of every round.
