why not just say the pixel size. and you realize its not hard to make a dot in ANY program?

You would increase your chances if you picked a dot and just changed the colour or asked someone else to change the colour. Or even picked a crosshair and asked for it to be this size.

I know I wouldn't want to waste my time uploading pictures just to have most of them turned down.
