First one is darker and the second one brighter.
Look at the top right corner of both of the emblems.

After seeing it again.
The first looks like has the stock color.
And the second one looks like the stock layer was duplicated and the new layer is on top of the original layer.
The top layer was put on black/white and then changed the layer option to overlay, I believe.
After that the opacity was set to around 80.

I even took the photoshop test I got 79.
Meh, I think it was a good score.
I didn't really study and I took the test not even in 1 year.
