    gunz is dead sadly that is true , this update most likely wont happen but if it does it would definatly help the game out. its all onto maiet now

    You want gunz revived? Here's several reasons why it died.

    - Since 1.5 swords reach way too far, games became nothing but one big cluster F*** of sword spam. ( It is called GUNZ afterall....)
    - Lead is messed up since 1.5 aswell. Seems as if you need to lead bit more
    - People have odd ways of tanking direct pbs and leg pbs after stun now
    - GunZ 1.5 introduced a bunch of ugly new avatars and grenades etc that dont even fit with the original gunz theme. They said gunz 1.5 and any patches after that was to just get us ready for Gunz 2, ok thats fine but...what happens after Gunz 2 comes out? We are left with Gunz 1. w/e it is now and gunz 2 but where in the hell is " GUNZ "???!, the game we all originally fell in love with playing. All that unecessary junk after the 1.5 patch needs to go.
    - Also Clan War is dead due to Headshoot clan, Roy should only be allowed to have one clan and no other divisions of it. Its like entering yourself 20 times in a raffle where others only can enter once, it defeats the purpose of fair competition. We ALL know this is true.
    - Constant hacker problems
    - Lack of Maps, my GOD..we've been playing the same maps for the past many years and the best idea for a newmap they were able to come up with was a big box with hallways leading to other boxes ( weapon shop). What happened to creativity like the good old maps?

    Ive played no lead servers and all i can say about them is they get extremely boring after the first week. I enjoy lead but only how it used to be before the 1.5 patch or igunz. People are looking to new add ons to revive the gunz community when they should be looking towards the opposite direction. Bring back gunz to a time when it was active and fun, with the exception of new maps but only if they are well done.

    The admin/Gm's can make cw intresting again, and so make atleast 1<-- active server.. and not that players are spread about like 6 servers while we cant even get 1000 players online?

    they can like Notice/Post in general so evryone will read it, that there is an event in the server or whatever.. just do something to make it activer, and im sure:

    Most u the people's just watching others to make the first step, like when you log on and got to choose a server, evryone goes quest because cw is kinda dead?WUT KINDA? ... but if there were like 100++++ people's in cw ppls will go there and , then its like an following thing.. people just need to make the first step to ask their old GunzFriends back.. and things.. and if we get 1 good person that have connections with ijji gm's or whatever we can reach something and stop looking to others to do something...

    i read on the ijji forums what you posted and they dont seem to car much. as if astra pretty much had you believing he was going to do something about it real soon.

    it does get a LOT of positive feedback for how lowly populated the game is now. but how on earth are we ever going to reach 10K again? not trying to sound negative or anything

    The December 2011 update got me back in the game.
    They support 1920x1080 res now, sword trial is back (can be turned of) and the screenlag is gone.
    Gunz is improving even tho it's a little late.

    I don't think MAIET will do something about while having their hands full with RaiderZ on beta and GunZ 2 far in development (yeah, gameplay is on YT already).
    But it sounds like a good plan. Also add FPS limiter to the list of bringing players back. DirectX 11 games are more and more common, people have better computers which results in high FPS (makes you slide), this basically makes you get stuck or move very slow.
    I support this.
    Hope we'll get anything good out of this.
