Deadlift pr 500 lbs x 6 reps. Felt I had more but bar was slipping. I might be close to 600 max.
but also ur to young to be messing around with that stuff.
there is a risk that things can go bad and u will be on HRT for the rest of ur life. ur test levels wont be as high as they were pre cycle... to much of a risk.. wait till ur 25 + to get into that stuff

Doing that i could probably gain a solid 30lbs and retain at least 15-20 of it from what everyone i know who has done it.
I've heard M1T you can expect to see a 10-20lbs gain and the same on tbol and retaining gains comes down to how well you manage diet during PCT.
yea there is a chance that your test levels will return to normal but there is also a chance that your test levels will get fked up and be lower than before cycle or worst, be completely ruined.. and u will have to get on hrt and will have erection problems.. even with a solid pct. im on a roid forum and i see posts like these every now and then... best to wait till ur 25+ so the chance of that happening are very low. compared to just "low"
just thought id warn u... and u wont gain a solid 30lbs(muscle wise) and u should be running an AI throughout the entire cycle and look into taking hcg shots 2x a week.

but at the end of the day its up to u. but 30lbs of muscle on that is def not happening lol. id say u will gain a solid 10lbs of muscle after pct. but thats just my guess. hard to tell . everyones diff.

and ph's are worst than test injections. health wise. and also u wont get as good of gains on em compared to the real thing.

i looked at routines like westside barbell, wendler 5/3/1, and 5x5 madcow, as per billys advice to go heavy. theyre all considered powerlifting routines, my goal isnt to bodybuild, but become stronger.
i think im better off following a proven workout rather than winging it, and im convinced such a routine is the way to build serious power

and honestly i think powerlifters can looks just as - if not more - aesthetic as bodybuilders; sure you gotta appreciate the ripped, greek-statue physique of an excellent bodybuilder, but a strong powerlifter looks so raw, and bursting with strength: theyre both amazing in their own respects
