    Deadlift pr 500 lbs x 6 reps. Felt I had more but bar was slipping. I might be close to 600 max.

    I'm 20 now l0l, PH isn't too bad if i run a SERM for PCT and an AI during alongside cycle assist (if i really need it although i doubt i'd get sides even from 15mg ED M1T) Think i'm gonna go androgen style, hit up this M1T, run serm PCT and wait for my natty test levels to get back up and then run tbol only cycle.

    Doing that i could probably gain a solid 30lbs and retain at least 15-20 of it from what everyone i know who has done it.

    I've heard M1T you can expect to see a 10-20lbs gain and the same on tbol and retaining gains comes down to how well you manage diet during PCT.

    yea there is a chance that your test levels will return to normal but there is also a chance that your test levels will get fked up and be lower than before cycle or worst, be completely ruined.. and u will have to get on hrt and will have erection problems.. even with a solid pct. im on a roid forum and i see posts like these every now and then... best to wait till ur 25+ so the chance of that happening are very low. compared to just "low"



    just thought id warn u... and u wont gain a solid 30lbs(muscle wise) and u should be running an AI throughout the entire cycle and look into taking hcg shots 2x a week.



    trust me bro, but its all on you. but good luck on the cycle... and i hope u get real pct.. not the ones sold at ur local supp store.


    but at the end of the day its up to u. but 30lbs of muscle on that is def not happening lol. id say u will gain a solid 10lbs of muscle after pct. but thats just my guess. hard to tell . everyones diff.

    A solid 30lbs of muscle is not even possibru in 4 weeks, i'm ecto so i'm looking to shift the scale upwards so i could gain that much whilst heavy bulking and like you said maybe gain 6-10lbs muscle mass if i'm lucky.

    Well there is a myth here saying that bodybuilding decreases dick size. I know it is silly but dafuq??


    Plus, can anyone suggest me some exercises without using dumbells or a weight set. I am currently on board a "gymless" vessel and I only got some pull-up bars and some stair railings.

    Not at all. Working your legs can make it look smaller cause your legs look bigger in comparison. Even roids will only decrease your nut size, and usually only temporarily and with high dosages.

    i looked at routines like westside barbell, wendler 5/3/1, and 5x5 madcow, as per billys advice to go heavy. theyre all considered powerlifting routines, my goal isnt to bodybuild, but become stronger.

    i think im better off following a proven workout rather than winging it, and im convinced such a routine is the way to build serious power
