So I woke up 30mins ago with the aches... seems like deadlift is good for me.

Last gym session they played 3 Bruno Mars songs in a row. Today they played Friday.
I am now considering changing gym.
My gyms music blows too haha. I would listen to my own, but my smartphone broke and that was my only music device. Anyone know a way to flesh out definition somewhat fast? I don't have a set time to get defined by, I've been going for runs and mixing them into my workouts as well as taking some creatine to boost whatever muscle growth I'm getting. I'm seeing some progress, but god damn is it slow.
Ehhh yeah I've been thinking about it. Found a site that has clenbuterol and keto-something (the drug accompanying it that keeps your receptors from getting all beat on by the clen) for like $125 w/ shipping. Kind of want. I don't have the cash to be buying **** l don't need though.

1 mile jogs? I can't run 150 meters without being exhausted. I guess any advice we can give you depends on what your goal is, if you want to get kinda lean with good cardiovascular stamina then treadmills etc. on an incline will provide enough resistance to build a little muscle etc. I think for overall fitness and keeping lean you'll really need to sort out your diet, probably aim for 2000-2500 calories per day depending on the cardio that you do, if you're looking to drop visceral fat keep the carbs kinda low and focus on eating chicken etc. Oh an broccoli is good, it contains essential ZMA's for muscle growth.
Also you could consider picking up some protein powder for easy meals. If your goal changes into getting a zyzz-like body then come back for more help!
Clen cutting has its risks, it not only strips visceral fat but also removes some essential fats from around the heart. If you're looking to gain muscle clen isn't for you, it's to remove fat, you'd probably want to start on dianabol with nolvadex PCT, run a 6 week cycle and lift heavy, clen cut after to achieve 6% BF.
Of course if you wanted to cycle that's probably the beginner level on doing it.
Hey Ssyou, my back doesn't ache much maybe because I'm barrel chested. It's known that being barrel chested is beneficial for both power and breathing (larger lungs) visually it's sucky though. lol.
I definitely appreciate the advice, I'll take it into consideration. Dianapol seems kinda dangerous compared to others, given the long list of side effects. I was going to go with clen because it had the enhanced protein processing as well as fat cutting, but I didn't know about that effect with your heart before. I don't wanna get that gynomastia **** though (aka ***** tits). My mom took some sort of estrogen compound in college in a study and it gave her big tits, but I think I inherited the effects. I have more breast tissue (not fat) than the average guy, but not anything where people notice, just given that I actually have developed pecs. However, I don't want more. From what I've heard, it's all but impossible to get rid of other than surgery.

Work out your bodyfat % etc. and do a diet plan accordingly, a pretty good "standard" bulk diet would be something like this -
3,000-3,500 calories
250g of protein
2g of carbs per 1 lb of bodyweight
80g of fat (unsaturated)
And then lift alot in the gym, go through strength training and then do volume after a few months.

Been invited to compete in an amateur bodybuilding show for under 20's, it's in May 2012. £2500 cash prize for first place, think i'm gonna go for it..
