SSyou, did you know that Zyzz died? (the guy you posted a pic of). I guess this last week he had a heart attack from an undiagnosed heart condition in a sauna in thailand.
As for me, pr bench on one of today's sets. 295 lbs x 5 reps

You should be happy that your abs are still visible while bulking! Just eat and be patient man. How big are you trying to get?
Triceps and chest shouldn't effect your back movements too much, unless you're pressed up against a seat doing certain rowing movements. Maybe just warm up good. The only thing that could possibly happen on back day from overtrained triceps/chest would be a tear on a heavy deadlift via triceps, but if that ever were to happen, it'd probably be out of sheer coincidence regardless of if they're sore or not.
Pretty much just saying you should be good lol as long as you don't work those muscle groups again
Aha i guess but it's like a constant reminder that my bulk isn't really working so well, i'm gaining quite a bit of muscle mass, i've noticed t-shirts that used to be baggy on me are now tight etc. but nevertheless i'm only putting like 1/2 lbs on per week. I'm not too sure how big i'm trying to get on this bulk but i think putting on 1 stone would be good considering i weigh like 67kg.
I put on some weight since spring so I need some advice right here, cause I'm not doin football.
Will this diet/workout schedule burn fat, build muscle? -
H.I.I.T. = high intensity interval training
Monday - H.I.I.T. on treadmill [30sec/30sec], Chest workouts [DB bench press, incline bench press]
Tuesday - Ellipticals
Wednesday - H.I.I.T, Lower back/Leg workouts [squats, lunges]
Thursday - Ellipticals
Friday - H.I.I.T., biceps/triceps [curls, extensions]
Sat/Sun - break
4 med/small meals a day, muscle milk after each workout [mon, wed, fri]
should I be good if I followed this schedule? Are there things I should change up or what
^ Erm you're missing alot of core areas in that workout, you need to introduce lats with your back, trapz with your arms and i do neck workouts out too. Also it's not about how much you eat but i'd say if you're bulking eat more, i'm on 6 meals a day, all very high in carbs and protein. Try to aim for about 3.5k-4k calories a day, you really need to do research on diets, understanding food is key.
185lbs after cut omy. does anyone here do MMA or any form of karate / kickboxing, whatever... what, in your opinion, would be the best way to start off? to set a foundation for other fighting styles
it looks okay if you're starting out but make sure to switch the exercises up, ie don't do db bench press + incline bench press for a month straight, your body will adjust and you will not see any results. do something different every week, even if it's just switching the orders of the exercises
also if you plan on having hiit and lifting on the same day, try to split them into two sessions, hiit + lifting in the same time frame can be catabolic
played gunz since 2001 look me up on kgunz d3m0ng0d
