Last Impression
A ball of fire rises
From the depths... of the deep blue
the dull blue
making it a bolder blue
once again.
Shadows, figures, beings
wandering about, as the heat rises up
and brings out the true colours of life
The air is now showing its true blasphemy
it's beauty is now able to be seen
as something else
The viewer, the eyes, viewing past the heat
the inferno light, showing the truth, on one side, and the other;
now the shadows have realized the impressions
the first view...
never the same.
As the sun rises here, it sets in the next, unknowingly
by the shadows
not seeing past the impression
now just…
a last impression.
