1-14 him, both times. Difference in skill is not the case in my opinion. (As you can see, I can noob around and not worry about him damaging me, unless he teleports behind me) Ping was 80-140 (I'm serious). Check the screenshots for one of the many times the ping jumped, they're within seconds of each other.

With my luck, the ridiculous teleporting will not show up (it's definitely his problem considering my computer is always in this state). Anyway, I tried aiming at him, leading for EU, and leading for pinoy, and he wouldn't go down. I haven't checked the replay to see the HP yet, I'm sure it's light blue or something. You be the judge.
