It also depends on megaupload. sometimes i get only 34 kb/sec. Sometimes around the 150~300 kb/sec. But i never saw this before

Torrenting stopped at 97.3%, so I used your links. The launcher loads, I click start game, and receive the following error:

Gunz.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

ModVer: 0.0.0.0	 Offset: 00007f6a

My firewall stops the following, and I don't plan on allowing it:

Direction: outgoing
Local Point: ###.###.##.###, port 3529
Adapter: Local Area Connection 2
Remote Point: 211.115.86.66 [211.115.86.66], port 2424
Protocol: TCP

Application path: c:\Program Files\MAIET\Gunz\XTrap\XTrap.xt
Description: xtrap

I am unsure if this is the cause of the problem because never before has Xtrap required such a connection, or if that is simply Xtrap trying to send out its error report.

coz i just downloaded it, it took me 1.5 hours and i played directly after installing
it works for me.with no probs
and pls LSA2007 can u plss start giving manual patches in which u just extract in to the maiet folder and u play the game.

I would rather they not close Igunz, I enjoy playing it every now and then, and there are usually plenty of other players on. I would play Ijji Gunz, but they have Game Guard which I don't want on my computer. At the moment however I cannot play due to an error. I started the new installer, it removed the old Gunz, then installed. Hit play, then error. I tried 3 different download links, including Diamonds, all give the same error.

Evilone, ur torrent stops at 97.33 because u didnt patch it with the Oct 11 patch. Thats wad happen to me yesterday. Juz download the link from this thread and u can play it..

Problem solved:

Terminating khips.sys from startup fixed the problem; it is the Host intrusion prevention system component of Kerio Personal Firewall (Pre-Sunbelt ownership).

Well me personally i've quit Igunz. Let's face it, it'snever going to come out as a full version (prove me wrong MAIET).If it was full version i'm sure alot of player's would play but alas it's not.

Igunz sort become an experimenting game platform for ISA to test new features before implementing into other countries gunz version.

So yes, every new release version somehow is different from previous version.

Hey all

I have some weird problem. I played this game a few years ago, never played it since then, and yesterday I decided I wish to play it now again, but now that I've installed it, and the patch was downloaded and done, when I clicked Start Game it brings up the loading page, but it loads saying - "Loading Sounds", "Loading Pictures", "Loading InterfaceSkin" and then when it says "Loading Mesh" it crashes, showing a message:

"Gunz.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost."


And idea how to fix it?
