Adjust the initial size and maximal.

Maybe like 1024 - 4094 (or whatever).

newbie, they should do it to 1 to 2 gig only, making it larger slows it down, i know from experience. and onboard cards work fine on gunz if its a 32mb card, just edit its settings in control panel

I only have NAT in clan war games, ping seems to increase by at least 100 for every match i play for everyone else in the match, so i know its me.

my rig:

pentium D 830
7600GS in SLI
creative x-fi (sound is amazing)
wireless g connection (works fine in normal play)

I HAVE DONE:
port forward
turn off firewall/antivirus
update directx (9.0c)
installed a ping optimizing program which does work for normal play (10-20 % better ping)

Halp plox?

My friend has a MAJOR fps problem linked to gameguard. Every time he turns Gunz on, He looks at Windows Task Manager and sees his CPU usage has rocketed up to 100%. Without it, it is 20% or so. Is this linked to the paging file thing? I would like some help.

Right-click My Computer -> Properties -> Hardware -> Device Manager -> check to see what drivers you have.

I would suspect that it has something to do with your wireless connection, but it is odd that you do not experience this problem during normal game play. You should make a separate topic on this in the Tech section to see if you can get better help, I am not very good with this problem since I have never experienced it before.

What is your friend's computer specs? Page filing allocates more memory to GunZ to increase performance.

Whatever your audio drivers are, for example I have SiS, just type that into Google and visit the main website. They will have downloads for the latest software updates.

Is it a good idea to allocate page file size in each of the drives I have? Like my C: is already been allocated and I still have D:,E:..
