Fps Lag

It's not a constant lag, it only really happens in games with 8 people or more.
I'm not sure if the player count is related though.
It's like, I'll randomly start getting really choppy graphics, and my fps will shoot downward. I use sols config, and I usually close all programs and stop the processes i'm sure that I don't need before playing.

I don't know if this means anything, but usually if i just alt tab away from gunz for a second and then go back to it, the lag at least goes away for a minute or two.

I play on a laptop that I keep plugged in 24/7.
AMD Turion 64x2 1.9GHz
Nvidia GeForce 7000m TurboCache
2GB DDR2 RAM

I can give more specific details if needed.

Seems better than my laptop and i have hardly any FPS change due to how many players are in room...

Clean the comp, check to see if every things okay in the case, then if it is run anti virus and do disk defrags, clear internet cache and such things. It sounds more like your computers starting to build up on junk or cache and stuff slowing it down. Yes the more people in the game the more the game works so people doing stuff in the game causes fps lag. Just give the comp a little break for the rest of the day and leave it unplugged, since its a laptop it could be overheating a bit since laptops do that often.

ty ill try, i already did antivirus, all it brought up was a little tracking cookie which i doesnt matter. im not really tech savvy enough to open case, but ill try the other stuff.

Ya just basically do the internet clean up stuff in internet options, do the disk defrag which us usually faster with faster comps so should only take like 20 mins for you, and disk clean up. If your running out of hd space that can also be a reason, delete sht you don't use every now and then. Leave the laptop unplugged for a few hours or something then play tonight and it should be fine.

well its definitely not hard drive, ive only had the computer for a 6 months or so, and thats mostly been for gaming.
and i have a 160GB Hard drive...
