DivineGates is powerful if u use it right but if u just spam Dragon Gate all u need to do is angle block sky break then insta there ass
if they go defence u juggle em
if they use Tiger Gate id just turtle
if they use Phoenix Gate and is smart on how to use it well then ur ****ed but id just use stalk around them
over all use stalk on them

a monkstyler changes his tactics on how u move... so u can't really predict what he's going to do when u come close or when u try something....

btw monk got banned for it. (the creator of monk style)
he got a tape on youtube he do around 11 slashes in 4sec, he was unbeatable in swords.

I've personally kicked Monks ass all over Battle Arena before, he hits fast, he blocks fast, but he uses it so bloody horribly he's extremely easy to beat... no offense to monk, but its true xD its like a heavily reinforced tank with chainsaws on them, about head height but no other weapons.. If your an idiot and just run into it, your heads gonna get chopped off. If you ARENT a complete retard, then you'll duck under it and avoid the treads, thus being completely safe.

well actually its not a style itself, m-style is the name retards still call it by. Monk himself has stated countless times that it is called Divine Gates and is an extension to k-style, using a new glitch (using multiple keys for an action to reduce delay further) to greatly improve certain moves.

Think of Divine Gates as a name to refer to moves related by a specific glitch, not a style itself.

nah it's not lag man. they just spam slash block... and time it. that's when you get the animation freeze. monk does his monk style shiet with 2 slash keys and 2 block keys.. or more i have no idea. he just jumps and spams.
but it's possible to do tbf with 1 slash key and 1 block key. just have to time it right. i can do it~ but it's not very useful in a duel. i can even do a dbf slash shot. but haven't mastered to use in a duel yet... just for show.

Monk Style=K-style renamed... no not faster just the demonstrations are faster. The way you do what they call phoenix gate is... slashblock... just a dam renamed slashblock kay o.o. Dragon gate according to some is.... SDBF, according to others its jump>slash>slash>block>block bear in mind this is possible i have done it o.o. at a very nubbie level cuz i never use anything other then angles, and slashblock[variations].
