Well, you asked for old gen K-style, and over 2 years I-GunZ... that's me...

I played I-Gunz till level 52, then soon after switched off to IJJI.

Only thing is... never did get skilled at pure K-style. I'm a D-Style specialist.

Don't know how to K-Style, save some basics:

Wall-cancelling
Slash-block
Flash Step
Slashshot
JSD (Jump Shoot Dash, not exactly a glitch)

Basically only those two lmao. I can't Butterfly. A new player who started in ijji, but I use pretty old techniques.

I played since like the 3rd day of original open beta.

Played for many years, then took a break for a while.

Just started again about 4 months ago.

I can do just about every K-style move with the exception of a few.

I feel the game has gone downhill a bit. Prems make it kinda unfair sometimes.

My current skill with the game wouldn't show it however. I'm a very slow learner when it comes to this kind of game I suppose. I went through various stages while playing this game, the newbie stage, the ego whore, etc. I guess I'm generally nice now whenever I decide to communicate in game.

I am pretty old school if that is what you consider. I play Igunz, and then ijji. Idk what the new style of kstyle is. Can you explain please.

Kind in mind I haven't been able to play gunz for over a year. I can now, but ****ty comp makes it so hard, ghosting, and lag.

And HHS is NOT a new gen move <>.<>

New Gen moves: Triple Butterfly, Forbidden Step, and kind of RS, RSS, RHS, RHHS.
Depends on what you consider new gen.

Back then there were still posts on debates on the actual existence of DBF.
But that was a bit after i started playing. Still. =D

Anyone can stick to "Old K-Style" these days, so don't be bothered looking for anyone who can do these moves.

Right, about 2% of those who went over from IGunz are nicer. The others just had their egos bloated even more because that was the "in-thing" to do.

For your info, some people know how to perform them. It's just that they don't use them because:

1. The old techniques are useless to them in combat.
2. People don't like to die, especially those with bloated egos and the like.

Yeah, they ARE crappy in comparison to more advanced techniques. Unless they know how to switch it up in the midst of combat, players aren't going to revert to more basic movements.

I seen a guy the other daying doing "Old School" style he was actually pretty good. I prefer the "new-gen" of k-style. Its what I feel more comfortable with. I played igunz for maybe 2-3 months and didnt know k-style or even heard of it there. Until I came to ijji. I did nothing but spray at first and started learning the whole k-style thing from looking at everyones movements. I guess total I been playing for about a year plus the 2-3 months on igunz.
