lower your resolution & effects etc.

Higher frame rate = faster execution.

I bet somebody will bash me for this, but you can also try learning to rss/rhs with mousewheel. I find it faster/easier. Also if you have side mouse button (Mouse Button 4) then you'll have almost no problems with heals. Just make it your secondary key for weapon 2.
