| Gunzfactorian Patriot | But it IS important because in the eyes of the law the crime of a woman performing the same act, (rape), on a man is not classified the same, (its sexual abuse only, not rape), and carries a different sentance (lesser). |

![]() ![]() | In my eyes, it's not important. Rape is rape, no matter the gender. But apparently, the law doesn't agree, for whatever dumb reason, and likes to give ridiculous sentences for such a serious crime. I think it's time they review some things. But who am I kidding? Won't happen. |

| Gunzfactorian Soldier | I don't know why I'm typing this but some bad memories came back, nothing happened to me but there was a girl a friend. We must have been 7 or 8, it was during lunch time and I don't remember anything before it but I was standing on the field and she was laying on the grass surrounded by lots of kids. She was kinda outcasted, I guess I was her only friend not out of choice, our mothers were friends. I used to get grief when I used to go to her house on the weekends, again not out of choice. Well yeah she was surrounded by children, girls and boys all doing something to her it wasn't rape but it was abuse. I did nothing, I just watched from a distance. It's like a 20 second memory that's crystal clear. I remember not being able to see her but knew she was there, the headmaster marching towards the kids. Then I remember talking to her a few days after it and saying something like "what happened? I'd never hurt you" or something. I only typed that because you asked "what do you know about it". I guess that doesn't even fit, but you know I kinda ramble with disjointed thoughts. In an attempt upon myself? I have no idea what I'd do. I can't even think about that. I do know what I'd do after and that's kill them, him, her. I can't really imagine a woman raping me, I know it's possible but then if it's rape would you be aroused? What do I think about it? I think it's ****ed up, best way to destory someone. If you want to place someone in utter despair, rape them. To do that you must have a lot of hate though. I can't even image in my mind what would drive me to rape someone, I don't think I have it within me. If someone was forcing me at gunpoint to rape someone I'd end up getting shot/killed. The person who made that comment about it being the victims fault obviously knows nothing, victim being the keyword. It's probably someone who just spends too much time indoors or is just stupid, or both. I hate thinking and remembering, it'd be so nice if you could clear your mind and switch off. I doubt most of this post is something you wanted to read, oh well. |

Yeah, that's the sort of thing that is retarded. If only the sentences would actually make sense. Seriously, I'll rape my daughter for all her life. Ruin her beyond repair. Make her a brainless, broken child. And I'll get six months in prison! What the ****? I just don't understand how a judge or someone can examine this case and decide to give a six month sentence. They break lives that might take five, ten years to fully get over it (sometimes they just don't recover) and the offender gets a free, all payed trip in prison, for six months. It's laughable. At this point, I'm down for the death penalty, but I'm not sure it'd change anything if people can't even ****ing understand that a six month sentence is retarded. | ||

| Gunzfactorian | Rape is considered a 18 y/o male having sexual relations with a 17 y/o girl if hes caught or the parents tell on him. That's a sexual offense on your permanent record for life, you would have to register as a sex offender and have trouble pretty much with anything. Where you live, what you do, you cant even get a job and no one will know that it wasn't anything serious. Rape should be revised as something more specific, there are a lot of people with sexual offenses for something minor like that and their lives are ****ed up because of it so ya thats my thoughts.
