Well I'd normally argue that you can naturally obtain an amazing imagination through the art of meditation and simple relaxation by thinking over your day before you fall asleep at night. Basically training your mind to remove it's restrictions created by the bland unimaginative world...but with how you talk about drugs and the fact you're scrambling to find a new drug now that your being piss tested..I"m going to assume you lack the braincells you lost from doing all those drugs before to be able to create imagination on your own.

No, as hilarious as the results can be from hallucinogens though (I've taken care of dorm mates on acid) I don't need shrooms to have an imagination that pleases me. Maybe because melting walls and thinking my bedsheets are an ocean aren't things I need to experience to think up...but also because I wouldn't be happy with my self if I were using drugs to create imagination.

As an artist I want my works to portray me. I see artists who use the aid of weed and other drugs to create their work as bad artists. They cannot create imaginative things with out chemically altering their brains, and I see that as kind of a way of cheating and showing they just aren't good enough to do it by their self.

People who use drugs for no other purpose than to get high are even worse. They aren't using their drugs for anything productive at all besides a few hours (or in the case of shrooms 8 or more hours) of chemically altered existence. They're also burning a hole in their wallet. At least artists who use drugs to enhance their works are gaining from doing them. (I'm not saying you're going to go broke by smoking, but that money could be better spent)

i agree, but i've been on acid a few times (shrooms cant compare) aand well, the scary **** is waaaaay too scary to do it again, but y'know the good and funny and buddha and godlike-creature-floating-around stuff is way too good (and maybe worth the madness, i cant tell) for never-doing-it-again, at least for me. it's a freaking dilemma and no one has the right to tell anybody to do it or otherwise to let it be. it's up to the individual, and yeah why should someone who has already climbed the mushroom-mountain listen to someone who never did anything and just repeats what the media told him? yeah whatever, drugs are the worst thing, yeeeeah alright, you guys just dont know what youre talking about....

i dno, i dont see hallucinogenes as drugs, they're bigger, they're "more" - but people wouldnt understand that and think i've got issues if i see things like that. but you guys are just not enough educated.

yeah i know, but when you know nothing about anything, what exactly gets someone into his first drug experience? of course its the curiousity and you think "ehhh why not" - of course thats stupid, but thats how it went. now i know that at least hallucinogenes are not just drugs, theyre bigger, theyre more and i cant understand how this stuff got that far to get selled on the streets, i mean what the fock has gotten into these partydrug people to take something like that every weekend or so. when i trip, i take a sit-in, i'm prepared, i've already seen dark and most-focked-up abysses of my mind... but i've also seen the beauty of everything as a whole, you cant imagine that, everything was totally new and fascinating and you could jump over dialogues in your head and understand all that buddha-space-universe stuff and even invent new realities, and thats just something i cant deal with, but i want to.
i'm not saying that reality bores me that much that i do this **** every day, i'm talking about one or maybe two trips in a year (which is okay for me, i can deal with that) and when i do a trip, i need days, maybe weeks or months to work that stuff out of my mind (yeah thats must sound dumb in combo that i say i'll do it again, but i got some serious mindfocks lately)
it's interesting and thrilling, what other reason do i need.

First of all it appears you're saying that because you've never been told by any credible sources to do drugs people who say don't do drugs are nazis.

Secondly, yeah the media a lot of times makes drugs seem like if you try them once you wither up and die a slow painful lonely death. That's not true most of the time. But it's obvious you just listen to what ever your anti-governmental friends tell you. And hey, there's nothing wrong with being against the government, most ARE corrupted. But when you sit around all day saying EVERYTHING the media tells you is a lie you're just stupid.
Yes, you can smoke weed on a weekly basis and still become the CEO of a corporation.

The people telling you to not abuse drugs are people trying to help you. It's been proven a million times in the past that drugs can lead to suicides, killings, death of random people not involved, simple laziness sometimes resulting in dropping out of school, lung cancer, and other health complications. And all these issues have happened because some kid wanted to get high.
Nobody here is forcing you to quit doing drugs. People here are only suggesting to you that it's a good idea. For the safety of your self and others people want you to quit. It's like wearing a seat belt. You can drive all of your life with out one on but somebody can get in their car once, not put it on and end up flying out of their windshield 2 minutes later. Except with some drugs for this analogy to work the person could fly out and land on somebody else and killing them.



EDIT: and your reasons really are piss poor. Bored with your friends? Get new ones. I'm assuming your friends are the kids who sit around all day and are too brain dead to talk about anything other than times they got high. If your life is so boring and bad that you have to abuse drugs to make it enjoyable you should probably change what your doing or better yet just pop a few to many pills (population control).

eh no, all my friends are idiots and as crappy as that might sound, i'm the one who brought the acid into my cricle of friends. i was once ztripping on acid together with a really good friend (his first trip, i've done it 4 times before) and we were walking through the city and we were really focking losing our minds, i was apologizing for like hours as we went through that **** searching for lemons and where we dropped our minds.

pretty ridiculous when you look at that later, but man that was a some serious experience.

eh yeah you were a bit slow with that post, i've mentioned that i know what can happen and im pretty prepared for everything that can happen, but i'm not talking about damaging your body or others bodies, thats not really what i fear, i'm not an idiot, even on drugs i can relate, what i fear and seek is the deepest abyss of my mind, i wanna know how far it is and if its oblivious (which i will never know) i wanna at least test how far i can get.

and i'm not a junkie, jesus, what are we talking about? i dont need drugs in my life, yeah okay i do drink beer or smoke a joint from time to time, but y'know, thats not what we're talking about, right? and you sound like youre talking about really dangerous stuff, heroin, meth, cocaine, opiats which are just kidding with my body? hell no, this stuff is way too boring to get touched by my hands. as i said, i have maybe 2 trips in a year, thats everything.

i'm not just bored with my friends, i'm bored of people as a whole, yeah everyone i meet is an idiot, i see those braindead **** every day and even intelligent people are just focking idiots to me.

The people who have done drugs to search for the "deepest abyss of their minds" or "the meaning of life" usually end up on the 9o'clock news in a report about how they got high and killed them selves because they felt they knew everything there was to know.
