That's how it used to be here too. But everything's been down hill since. People are too sue happy here.

No, in America unless you're tried as an adult everything on your child-hood records gets locked up, and can't be accessed by anyone.

You can be charged as an adult at pretty much any age, but they won't for a school fight.
