^ Yeah I wondered that too, the numbers must mean something, codec numbers? I doubt it.
There are some weird adverts like a dirty kitchen cooking show, a weird game show that reminded me of "Who wants to be a millionaire" and some PMC mobile sentry.

The beginning of MGS 1, MGS 2, and MGS 3 were all slow

it's just to be new player friendly I guess.

I felt it got fast after Middle East
