Why does that matter? It's only a game, not as if you're gonna have some personal relationship with the person behind the avatar.
Well it's a stupid idea sad actually it's a game you should decide what gender your character is, female mages always look better on the popular mmorpgs as with male fighters. Also that webcam idea isn't really gonna work and as mentioned before it should work both ways females playing as males should also be banned within that game.
