it gives you more ammo than you normally have I believe.

The magazine clip is like a med kit, you drop it and pick it up and it refills your ammo (I'm not sure how much and whether it's for both weapons or one)

Magazine pouch gives you one clip for whatever gun you currently have out. (if you have sword it fills your first weapon) so if you have a mg and 0 bullets you will have 120 (1 clip) and i think its the same with all other guns like if you have a rev it fills 6 bullets.
