Wait, the patch wasn't one that we have to download right? Because I got the emergency shutdown warning, then I got logged off, but then I logged back in without having to download a patch or anything.

but when i click the start button on the startup screen it closes right away i hope its cause of the server being down cause i think im gona drop kick my comp lol

2 things that bother me about down time:

1) i haven't been able to play for a really long time (since Dec-Jan), yet when i run gunz with that 5.1 hotfix, i can see thousands of other people playing at any given time in the server status screen, regardless of what the server status is on any forum or error message. unfortunately, that old hotfix isn't good enough to let me load past that server status screen.
2) gunz took down their forums, which is where i used to get tips on tweaking and downloading patches to make my game work. luckily i found this site and got myself a RAR (for a while, now), but it's not enough...the update server seems to ALWAYS be down (according to my error message).

JohnyBgood. Go download the latest Gunzlauncher at gunzonline.com install it, then download your Gunz folder here at gunzfactor. Go to main page and click Downloads. But download from gunzonline.com first.
