fank j00 a lot!!! We (curious) had a lot of members on their alts because their clans wont close!

i wont be 2 sure , cuz in the old days , when u closed a clan , u werent able to recruit people anymore . now i closed my clan and i can still recruit people ... is that a sign that itz not fixed or did it change concerning that ?
