The watch is on my left hand. I know it for a fact, go do a little experiment yourself, put it on your left hand, and it'll appear to be on your right, even in a picture.
And there is a standard, it is conventionally worn on the non-dominant hand, for less everyday interference. Basically, it's based on the assumption that if you happen to be doing something one handed, you are using your dominant hand and therefore still have the other hand clear to check the watch. I'm right handed, I wear mine on my left, always have.
