age of consent in canada is:

12-13 if the partner is 14-15
14-15 if the partner is 19-20

although cannot be a person of authority (police officer, teacher, parent, ect...)

Drinking age = 18-19 depending on the province/territory

Driving age = 16 in all provinces except 14 in alberta

tabaco i believe is 19

Most of those laws just don't allow you to buy it, not to not do it. I'm 14 nearly 15 and I smoke, so what? I smoke at school and teachers never say anything about it.
