Actually, I have no idea where the "Slowness" of moderators come from. I was talking about how bad some mods did their job. But well, add to that and this then.
But like I said, it's still a mods job if a member screws up or does things on purpose.

There is no contract, but an agreement based on trust. |
I attacked the whole thought. I put realism into it and then decided to compare it to modding a forum and doing a real-life job. I look at the whole aspect of a simple thought of both things. I understood you were using it to make a point, and I also understood that point. But in reality, that isn't really a very good one. And yes, they are "trusted" to help force the rules. If they didn't want to clean up a spammy thread...then why trust them? Rules are rules, no spam outside of spam section right? If they aren't going to help force the rules then why trust them in the first place?
Like I said, when you accept modship, you accept to help force the rules. That's the main thing of modding a forum. It's not to just sit there and not clean up a single or many topics or then not do this or that correctly.

Read the "Realism" of what I said about that.
And re-reading that, why is it not his fault? Of course it wasn't his or the kids fault for the cause of the puke, but if he fails to clean it up the first time and is asked/forced/told by a higher authority to go and fix that...then he apparently sucks at doing his job and can't do it right the first time.
Incase you haven't realized, I attack everything. I argue for the sake of arguing sometimes. But I'm not trying to bash you or whatever. Just letting you know. I have a lot of respect for you. Even when you were a mod.
