Best answer evars. People just say practice but if your system doesn't amount to others FPS, and you have the same skill as them. You will fail.

They are not Rss'ing they are MOST likely using a form of Rhs (Reload half step)

and well if you mean Rs'ing.. it just comes down to your timing..

If MRB is removed one day, you're gonna get screwed.

I tried rss'ing my brothers computer that is only 80fps and most of the times i tried it, i ended up rolling or the shot came so late there was no point to it.
Hell my brother complains at me becaue when he uses a rifle (level 18 maxwell) that it shoots so slow because of his computer, he comes on mine and hes like "wow wtf this rifle is so fast are you hacking?" take in note hes 10 years old and quests all the time.

He's just saying that there are people who use "I need a good computer" as an excuse for not being able to play well, but there is of course people who really require a better computer to play properly.

I for one, had this problem in the past. My old laptop was just too ****ty.
