As the cliche goes, "You can't teach common sence". It's not a cliche for nothing. We are all born with the ability of "common" sence, some people just don't learn how to use it. The best solution is to present them with a problem and let them work out how to solve it for themselves.

Tactical guides are too large and complex a topic for anyone to get into by themselves and people will always debate anything in them. There also completely situational based and would be useless to the people without common sence, the people who need them.

When someone asks for advice by all means give them some tips, throw them a bone, but in the end they still have to work out when to do it and how to do it for themselves. Thus they will still need common sence.
