Roxin Needs Help...Q____Q

I've Tried Everything For High Quality in my videos and, sadly it just doesnt wanna work. i've tried Quality BVR, CBR, 100 sharpness, 1.000 pixelation, BEST quality, render max, quality DVD the way its suppose to be ya kno?
but basically, it just doesnt wanna render well and give me quality, i've tried adding blankness on at the end to see if that owuld make it HD bcuz Paremco said that it gives it more pixels, but anyways, i''ve tried almost anything,

i render on .wmv and just not working well on youtube, everything looks like crap, and i just ye, cant seem to get it to go well. please help if you know anything that could help me make the quality way better then the crap it is now,

Btw my specs are like [Amd athlon 64 processor, 3400+, 2.39 GHZ, 1.00 gb of ram]

so im wondering if i need more ram to maybe make the video render smoother and with better quality.

OR

it could be that possibly since i've gotten my new graphics card like two and a half weeks ago, something was messed up.

is your "Quality" slider in the video tab on the custom template window at 100%?

Are you sure the files you're working with aren't just bad quality? <_<

Yeh 100% sharpness, and actually, thats a good point, it might be bad quality but, it either could be a couple of problems

1. My computer doesnt have enough ram.
2. My Graphics Card Cant Support Vegas because theres not enough ram or the settings are incorrect.
3. My Fraps is out of date and wont record in a better type of quality or, my fps is to high, i wonder. T__T?
