| Gunzfactorian Guardian | Character sheet: Anjio Anjio's theme. "He who makes a beast of himself gets rid of the pain of being a man." Name: Anjioneleth (Full name) Nickname: Anjio Gender: Male Race: Demon Age: Uncertain Weight: 100 kilogram (due to metal plating and weaponry.) Height: 1.84 metres History: Anjio lived in Nobar, the same country BSN hails from. He lived a good life there, where he was a commander of the army and a large and unpleasant man. He was a high officer, and stood second to the Empress. He had all the benefits of royalty, and all the privileges of being the favority of the Empress. He was also in love with BSN, who he shared many a happy day with. He was unaware that she was involved in a rebel group who planned to take down the Empress. As Wixern came to Nobar, Anjio at first attempted to prove superiority over him. This failed, and Anjio lost respect of his troops and the Empress. As Wixern completed more and more missions, the Empress stripped Anjio of his royal status, and started favoring Wixern over him. Anjio became obsessed with revenge, losing sight of everything else, including BSN. And this obsession followed him to his death. After Wixern and BSN removed the empress, they left Anjio behind to care for a country he never felt attached to anyway. As Anjio heard of their destination, he followed them to Astra and tagged up with them during the Machine campaigns in order to beat Wixern after it was all done, and to regain BSN's love. However, during the campaigns, Anjio threw himself at the machine king during the battle for the throne. He was tossed into the abyss, where he died. And then, he came back. Superion himself had taken an interest in Anjio. As a mortal, he was a man with no shame or guilt when it came to fighting. He granted him live as a demon, for his own purpose. He equipped him with metal plates where his flesh had decayed, and gave him a set of integrated weaponry, all connected to his central nerve system. After that, Anjio was set free to wreak havoc upon the world, but more importantly: to get his revenge on Wixern. He lives because of his final words as a mortal. 'Don't think that this is over yet. I have yet.. to take my revenge on Wixern. I'll return.. even if I have to give up my afterlife to do so. This is not over yet.' ... And now, he has. (P.98) However, killing Wixern has not resulted in what he had hoped for. Instead, it meant his death as well. subconsciously, Anjio never sought to kill Wixern. Instead, he sought to complete himself as a soul. By killing Wixern, he has. His half of the soul merged with Wixern, and now the soul that had been split apart for years has been completed. Anjio is now dead, as is Wixern. And in their place, a new man has arisen. A full man. A complete soul. The Newborn. Description: Anjio's body had been severely wounded by the machine king and his drop into the darkness. Superion therefore replaced his wounded areas with metal, causing him to look like a knight with only half of his armor. His skin has a red glow, and some of his clothing still sticks to him. His eyes glow red because of the demonic force which keeps him alive, and his hair is now reduced to a few strands over his head. His arms are his weapons; not only due to his strength, but because they have been integrated with his old weaponry. His right hand is a scythe-like claw on which a shotgun barrel is attached. They can function independantly, but work much better in combination. His left hand is normal, except for a chain which has been melted into his body. He can change the length of the chain at will, though it stops when it gets too long. Favors: Death, murder, destruction, revenge, blood, BSN. Hates: Wixern, weaklings, Wixern, helping innocents, Wixern. Personality: Anjio is a ruthless, cold-hearted sick man. He takes delight in suffering and death, and feels that being weak is worse than a sin. His entire emotional status ranges from anger to hatred. He especially hold a grudge against Wixern, who stole BSN away and caused him to die. He views humans, demons and angels in the same way, in that they're all useless until a use has been proven. As a demon, he occasionally displays some other emotion, but this is rare and only happens when encountered with a severe enough situation to trigger the emotion. Wixern's tale in High Heaven explained why Anjio was so set on murder and hatred. When their soul had split, Anjio was left with those emotions as Hatred, Contempt, Disgust, Greed, Lust and all other emotions associated with "Evil." However, deep inside, his part of the soul merely sought completion. The way in which this completion would be reached did not matter. Combat skills: Anjio was a ruthless warrior in live, and as a demon he is no different. He doesn't care much for tactics and technique; as long as he lives and his opponent dies. He is a close-range fighter, and his new weaponry allow for him to get closer to his enemies than ever before. Weapons: Integrated weaponry include: - Avenger-type shotgun on right hand, attached to claw. (ammunition comes from demonic strength.) - Scythe- like claw on right hand - Chain in left hand. Extendable, and with a sharp tip. - Demonic strength. Artifacts: none. Force: Burning Hell Allegiance: Demonic army Eye color: Red Hair color: Black (what remains of it.) Status: DEAD. Reborn as the Newborn (Wixern's character sheet, P.3) Current location: He's dead. Honestly. Last edited by Wixern; 08-13-2008 at 05:24 AM. |

| Gunzfactorian Guardian | Anjio was angry. It was, in fact, his ground state of being. He spreaded hatred and anger like a radiator. Right now, he was angry because the town he was in was too small. He hadn't bothered reading the sign outside. It'd been smeared with the guard's blood before he could make it out, anyway. He looked around. People were running away, out of fear and weakness. Not too far away was a man, trying to sneak away. Anjio turned and extended his left hand, the chain on it extending and wrapping around the man's feet. He pulled the chain, and got the man a few inches away from his face. He slowly pierced the man's clothes, holding him up with his right claw, the scythe an inch away from the man's eyes, the shotgun barrel glistening in the light. 'I want to know.' Anjio said, his voice a mixture of hatred and loathing. 'Where is Wixern?' 'Wha-What?' The man managed, his eyes bulging with fear, sweat flooding from his forehead. 'Where is he?!' Anjio barked. The man turned his head away and tried to speak, but nothing else than stammered words came out. 'You are as useless as all others! You don't deserve to live.' Anjio released the man, who fell to his knees and immediately tried to crawl away. Anjio raised his right arm and aimed at the back of the man's head, his left hand still holding the chain that was wrapped around the man's legs. He fired, the shot moving through the man's head and coming out from the front. Anjio released the man and withdrew the chain, as the man fell to the floor. There was no one else on the streets now, and it didn't matter. He wasn't after these weaklings, anyway. He looked at a signpost near an old wall. 'Los Andreas.' He said, ripping the poster away and looking at it. A feeling of hatred surged through him, and suddenly he knew. 'Yes. YES! YEESS!' Anjio set off, running faster than any man could manage, feeling no exhaustion or pain. He quickly reached the exit of the town, where he barged out of, leaving the frightened people behind. There was only one thought on his mind now: "This time there is no escape, Wixern. I WILL get my revenge!" _____________________________________ Meanwhile, in the weapon shop, BSN and Wixern finished their plates and were digesting the food. 'It's too bad we can't get in touch with those angels, though. I guess they just don't want any humans to die for their cause or anything.' BSN said, picking her teeth with a piece of wood she found in her pockets. 'I like angels.' Wixern said, staring dreamily at the ceiling. 'They're all feathery and soft. Like big birds.' BSN stretched, and stood up. Outside, the streets were receiving some of the first rays of day. 'I think it's time we got moving. There's still a lot we don't know, and this place is only increasing the amount of nothingness we know of.' |

| Gunzfactorian Guardian | "Thanks." Sara said taking the strange comment Wixern had made as a complement. Nathan and Sara had also finished their plates. In fact, when BSN spoke Nathan was in the process of licking his plate clean. Sara glared at him harshly and he quickly put the plate down and stood up. "Yea, we should get outta here." He said looking towards the shop's main entrance. "Ready when you guys are." Sara said standing and retrieving her weapons. |

| Gunzfactorian Guardian | Anna and David quickly turned a corner just in time to avoid a trailing rocket. The missile collided with an oncoming wall and caused a brief eruption which escaped through the ground. Anna stumble as quickly as she could, her leg still wounded, as she tried her best to keep up with David's pace. David jerked her aside into a small corridor to avoid a presuming cross-fire. "It never stops does it?" Anna rhetorically asked. David loaded a magazine into his pistol and cocked it backwards. "In where we are or just generally the entire world?" He withdrew from his cover and took two quick precisely aimed shots, the bullet shells flinging backwards and clinging to the ground, along with the other thousands and millions of used ammunition. |

| Gunzfactorian Commando | Ailysa was shocked at the news of Sara being an angel. She had never seen Sara sprout wings out of her back, nor did she see her flying around while trying to take advantage of people, by thieving them of their weapons. She stood up, leaving her empty plate to sling her bow over her shoulder. “Do you know any good places to move on to next?” Ailysa added, sliding her sword and staff into their respective sheaths. |

| Gunzfactorian Guardian | BSN got up and checked her weaponry. This took considerably longer than expected, as every pocket contained at least one item or weapon. During her search, one of the business cards slipped out and dropped to the floor. BSN ignored it, since she had about one hundred cards with her at all times. When she was finally done, she turned to the group. 'I suggest we move to the next big city. Since the demons have been attacking large concentrations of humans, we will be more likely to find them in a city. We should be able to figure out where to go through the signposts on our way, though a map would be useful.' BSN said, turning and looking out of the window. Wixern had prepared himself for travel already. He'd also stuffed his pockets with any food he had found in the house. He was just adjusting his hat when a strange sensation swept over him. He couldn't describe what it was, and he didn't even know whether it was real. Therefore, he ignored it and stepped outside, into the light of day. |

| Gunzfactorian Guardian | "Alright, on to the next town." Nathan said walking out the door and into the street. "Baka, you don’t have any idea where your going." "Sara said chasing after him. He stood next to their motorcycles examining them, making sure they where ready for travel. They still had a large amount of gas in them. "Don’t worry about that. We will go where the winds take us." He said looking at her with a smile. She shook her head at him and went back into the shop to see if she could find a map. After a few moments she found something promising. An old map with and a Light weight dagger in a drawer. Sara walked back outside tossed the dagger to Nathan who caught it without looking up. She unfolded the map and showed it to the others. "Looks like this is the closest town." Sara said pointing to a small town called Garland. "The closest big city seems to be Sunburg." She said tracing her finger up the line that represented the main road from this city to the coastal city. "So, on to Sunburg?" Nathan asked. Last edited by kumorilastangel; 04-13-2008 at 06:23 AM. |

| Gunzfactorian Commando | "Actually," Ailysa interposed, pointing at a trail of smoke billowing from the farthemost district of the city. "I think they're closer then we think." "Do you know what that place is called?" she asked Sara. |

| Gunzfactorian Guardian | Sara closed her eyes and thought a moment. She remembered a sign post. "That’s Lowbarda…if I remember the sign right." She said answering Ailysa's question. "Lowbarda?" Nathan asked. "I heard about that place when we where in Grey Dust. Its Gang turf, and if the rumors are true its worth being avoided." "I wouldn’t mind taking a look, but I'm ready to get out of this city. The demonic aura that surrounds this place is making it hard to sense new demon attacks." Sara said looking down the road towards the city gates. "Well," Nathan said looking at Wixern and BSN. "Its up to you guys to Lowbarda or too Sunburg?" |

| Gunzfactorian Guardian | BSN looked at the two possibilites. Lowbarda was closer and definitely more of a direct threat. She opened her mouth to speak, but Wixern beat her to it. 'We should go to Sunburg.' He blurted out, after which he nervously turned around. In the corner of his eyes he saw images shift. He didn't know what it was, but something was causing him to feel uneasy. All he wanted now was to get as far away from the city as possible. 'Well then, I agree.' BSN said. She looked at Ailysa, then at Wixern, and finally at Sara and Nathan's motorcycles. 'Do you think you could give us a ride? I don't know about the others, but I've had it with walking everywhere.' |

| Gunzfactorian Guardian | "Sunburg it is then." Sara said. "As far as the bikes go"….Nathan paused. "Three people to one bike is gonna look weird and it might do some damage to the axel." "Unless we can find another ride one of us is going to have to walk." Sara said looking at the others. |

| Gunzfactorian Commando | Omega rummaged through his personal affects, withdrawing a small cylinder-shaped canister and holding it up so Artix could see. He put it down on his lap and reloaded his revolver. The torrent of firepower from their side seemed unending and for a second Omega wondered just how bullet-proof these dumpsters were. His mind flashed back to previous firefights in his life. As he did though, the image of the purple-skinned woman surfaced. Why he was thinking of that now, he didn't know. Another image replaced the first, Nathan and Sara in the same predicament as me, that thought seemed more appropriate to the situation. He had to hurry and make sure. "I hope you're right about this". He held his flashbang at the ready, waiting for the signal he needed. "Just give the word, partner." ~*~ Epsilon sidestepped the furious hellspawn. Punching through its thick armor had made it go absolutely beserk, and the hellspawn seemed to move faster despite the black ichor flowing heavily from its wound. He reacted in time as a bulky fist lashed out at the equally dense Zankantou. The hellspawn recoiled for a second as both met. Epsilon noticed this and ducked low, pulling his new Devil Socius from the liquid metal of the colossal blade and slashing in one fluid motion. Epsilon expected the demon-warding blade to go through the hellspawn's unprotected neck like tissue, but instead the sword bounced back. Confusion flashed through Epsilon as the Socius was repelled by the hardened skin, his advanced mindset almost immediately deducing that the Socius had lost its power. He muttered an obscenity and casted a restraining spell on the hellspawn. It fell over in midstep, rendered immobile by invisible magics. |

"Unless we can find another ride, one of us is going to have to walk." Sara said, looking at the others. Bub gave a yap, upset that he had been disregarded and sat on his haunches to look at them all in turn. Ailysa sighed. "I guess I'll be the one walking; Bub's going to need me with him." |

| Gunzfactorian Guardian | BSN tried to figure out a solution for the motorcycle problem other than one person walking. Unfortunately, all those solutions would require either another motorcycle or other means of transportation. She heaved a sigh, and conceded to Sara's idea. 'I hope it's not too much trouble for you, Ailysa.' BSN said, watching Bub stare at them. 'I can't leave Wixern alone, either. Who knows what he'd get up to if I weren't here.'' 'Hey!' Wixern said. 'I take offense to that! I am perfectly capable of flabbergatling a marine mission, and I will fight to the right of death to do so!' BSN hopped onto Sara's motorcycle, taking the back seat and motioning Wixern to do the same. 'We should get going. We'd best get to Sunburg before noon.' Wixern reluctantly placed himself on Nathan's motorcycle and looked around. The sky was quite pretty this early in the morning. Meanwhile, not too far away from Los Andreas, Anjio was racing over the plains. His legs jumped more than ran, but it didn't matter. He was going faster than any human body could achieve, and he could feel his revenge getting closer and closer. Up ahead in the distance, buildings started to rise on the horizon. Los Andreas was not much further. |

| Gunzfactorian Soldier | Artrix saw Colt take out his flash bang and carried it a bit higher to let Artrix see it. "I hope you're right about this". He held his flashbang at the ready. "Just give the word, partner." Partner, eh? Artrix waited a bit longer. The hail of bullets were getting softer. Artrix took hold of his sword, still in its sheath. He looked at Omega, then nodded. There wasn't any better time than now. "I hope I'm right about this..." Artrix repeated Omega's words and signalled him for the flash bang. |
