| Gunzfactorian Hero | Adam made his way back to the center of the ruins once more, noting a few fights happening. Perfect chance to rack up a few more kills. Adam hurled both of his naginata's in opposite directions. Both found their marks, delving deep into the hearts of the warriors. "Bas7ard, have you no shame as a warrior?!" One of the fallen warriors opponents yelled over to Adam, obviously flustered at the sudden stab in the back. "No warrior is at my level or above so no." Adam unsheathed his prized blades, making a beeline towards the one who spoke. The man tossed a slanted slash downwards at Adam, bearing his full weight behind the slash. Too weak Adam stopped his target's sword midway with his left blade, holding it in the opposite direction to the man's slash. In his right hand, he let his blade spin into a reverse grip, then sent the blade flying up the pathway of his other blade. A deep cut opened in the man's avatar, revealing a large black void where organs should have been. "Shi7." The man disappeared into the background, adding one more kill count to Adam's score. "14. You're 15." Adam turned towards the opponent behind him, still standing in the same spot. "I.... I... I'll end your streak!" The young teenager stood with his sword shaking slightly. A sudden uneasy step forward, and the adolescent rushed with all of his strength towards Adam. Adam held onto his right sword the same way he had when he fell the man, sheathing his blade like a dagger. Grabbing his blade in both hands, he took a traditional kendo stance, blade facing forward towards his next victim. The youth ran towards Adam full of openings, and the man wasn't nice enough not to exploit them. The kid closed in, attempting to bring his sword down on the mans head. One horizontal slash later, and the boy was gone. The last thing's to disappear were his hands and head, decapitated from the rest of his body. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 54/105 Have fallen |

After stabbing his 17th victim in the gut with Phantom-Slayer, he turned around to see where the voice came from; A disappearing corpse, with the killer maintaining his kendo stance. That man. Is dangerous. Raile thought. With that, he started walking up to him, after ordering his cutlass to slash a victim to his right hand side. 18. Let's see you beat that. Putting his hands in his pockets, Raile said, "Hey, you." |

| Gunzfactorian Hero | "Hey, you." Adam looked at the man walking up to him, and dashed back to his naginata, plucking it off of the ground. A few twists, and his naginata's pole turned back into a normal dual handed spear length. "Hmph. You shouldn't alert your better so easily" He said as he rushed at the new opponent, ready to attack ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 60/105 have fallen Last edited by Scuba; 08-20-2008 at 05:45 PM. |

| Gunzfactorian Guardian | After some internal dialogue, Wixern turned to Nathan. 'I say we let him.' He said. 'What do we care about some king anyway? If he dies, I'm sure there's more capable men ready to take over.' "I almost tend to agree with you." Nathan said to several peoples surprise. Nathan was nearly killed by the Tenno or Emperor in his country so he had a distaste for all monarchy's. "The King in this case is five year old child, he is innocent. Besides that when I joined Grey Dust five years ago I swore to protect him and now I am bound by my word." Nathan said looking at Wixern. "I've meet Angelos, The High Chaplain of the Order who guards the King personally. He is skilled and along with the other Order members they should be able to stop that nut case." He said sheathing his sword. "But…."His voice trailed off. "You have a bad feeling." Sara said reading Nathan's mind. "Yes." He sighed and rubbed his chin. 'Stop talking like that.' BSN said, taking his hand. Immediately, she noticed a change, a calmth spreading from her touch. She wondered whether it was just the touch, or her voice and touch combined. Whatever it was, she seemed to have more control over him than he did. 'All right. What else can we do? Attempting to kill it here would likely result in civilian casualties.' Wixern said rationally. 'Perhaps it's best if the authorities dealt with this. And with that, I mean we hand this thing over to the angels or the army. I'm sure they've got plenty of ideas on how to stop it.' Wixern suggested. "We are Angels. Nathan said sill rubbing his chin. Sara stepped closer and looked into Nathan's eyes communicating with him without words. "Blaine," Nathan said looking up suddenly. "Tell the others to gather their gear and be prepared to move out when the camp is packed up. We will meet with Maxwell Corp. tomorrow, complete the transaction and then move on to Axium to provide extra protection to the king." Blaine nodded , turned at the heel and went to inform Chris and Mosses of their new orders. "If the King dies, morale will sag and no one will want to fight when the demons appear. He is a symbol of hope. We must keep hope alive at all cost." Nathan said looking to the sky. It was settled. R.I.S.E would defend the King….At all Costs. | Gunzfactorian Commando | Alpha stalked the helicopter as it made its descent, walking briskly alongside the transport as the bottom hatch opened and deployed the landing gears in methodical fashion. Both of Omega's hands involuntarily slipped towards his waist, unholstering both of his revolvers and aiming them at the side hatch as the door opened. The two barrels lit up with a deafening bang just as the first refugee, a woman in rags and her child stepped out. The child was wearing a tattered grade school uniform, remnants of some distant past. They turned to look at him as the two stepped out of the helicopter, the woman's face just barely registering surprise before she fell dead, a bullet wound in her pale neck. The child collapsed in an eerily silent fashion only a second later, dying without even realizing what had just happened to her or her mother. Omega swam up from the darkness of his mind, but a heavy tide of malice supressed him from going any further. The copter rocked madly as people began pushng one another, their war-stricken minds immediately registering the loud boom they heard outside as gunshots. Refugees fought one another to escape the metal confines, the tight space making it all but impossible to move as they scrambled away from the open side door. Alpha stood his ground and kept shooting, pausing swiftly to reload and begin firing anew. The transport rocked harder as its occupants fell to the floor in rapid succession, their combined weight testing the vehicle's stability as every dead body caused the landing gear to groan in protest. In less than five minutes, everyone was dead. Dark blood cascaded from their bodies and pooled together on the landing pad, forming a massive stream of crimson that formed small rivers through cracks in the cement. Inside the copter was a blood-drenched death factory. The bodies were mangled from where they were shot multiple times, some of the wounds being post-humous. Mr. Darthy was the only body to rise from the slaughter. Dazed and disoriented his arm clinged heavily to his opposite shoulder where a revolver bullet had torn through, striking bone and shattering metal fragments within his muscle tissue. He fell from the helicopter and struck the layer of blood forming by the door, letting out an audible gasp as he did. Alpha watched his fumbling with belied amusement before stepping foward and putting a revolver to the man's bloodstained head. Somewhere deep within, Omega screamed and fought frantically to regain control, attempting to stop the horrors before it was too late. Mr. Darthy stared at Alpha, in Omega's body, with a look of disbelief, instinctively recognizing that this was not the same man that he had forged a friendship with several years ago. He recognized that this was a monster, a great evil, and it would feel no regret when it killed him. Still, despite what he was seeing a lingering sentiment remained and Mr. Darthy opened his dry, blood crusted mouth to speak, hoping to bring back some former glimpse of Colt Sorn, and his humanity. But just as Mr. Darthy's breath left his mouth, so too did the first bullet enter his brain and forever silence him. His last conscious thought as he fell was of his wife and son, he wanted to tell them so many things. Alpha laughed mercilessly, his mouth twisting into a wolfish snarl even as tears subconsciously formed in the corners of his eye. Somewhere deep within, Omega silently wept. ____________________________________ o wut. |

| Gunzfactorian Soldier | Artrix Artrix followed the two mages over hills and pass streams, occasionally taking in the greenery and fresh air. It was amazing that, just a day ago, he was fighting for his life, or to save innocent lives, in a demon invasion. Then, he was fighting in an arena to get some bounty, and through some twist of fate, warped by some unknown force to a forest alone to be attacked by demons, and to be saved by two Order mages. And here he was, walking leisurely and enjoying the view of his surroundings. "The city is just ahead. When we get there, we can use the teleportation device to get to the capital city. There, you need to find the Royal Chaplain Angelos. After that, it varies. Normally, if you aren't of royal bloodline, you would be rejected. But times have changed, and you might be accepted." The man explained. "Yeah, we will vouch for you. That might make him agree." The lady added. Layne Layne limped across the desolated street, taking in the destruction, and worse of all, he helped in the bringing of this destruction. He shook his head and pushed that thought away. Between making stops and limping to the hill, more and more weird thoughts entered his mind, something that he wouldn't normally dive a second thought about. |

| Gunzfactorian Guardian | Ted "Montage" Darthy, son of late Mr. Darthy But just as Mr. Darthy's breath left his mouth, so too did the first bullet enter his brain and forever silence him. As a born mage, he's tuned to the waves of magic, particularly to the ones that are connected to his family. To him, it's like a pool of life, always alive and moving... He reached the beach, after minutes of silent walking. Then, the sound of waves of the sea became silent for a second, while the waves in his mind had suddenly stopped, but only for a split second. He could feel the silence of the magical pool, as one of his relatives close to him. There was only one person that he could feel directly after being so close to it for years. ...And now, it was gone. He dropped to his knees on the nearest patch of sand, and flopped over to one side, tears welling in his eyes... Dad... No...no... The sun shone, and yet, failed to bring a smile. As a priest once said during Monatge's time in Axium... "When death comes, sadness has already scarred the light. The light becomes helpless...hopeless..." He forgot the rest of the words. His memory was being overridden by the events on hand... Last edited by XKjalX; 08-20-2008 at 10:19 PM. |

| Gunzfactorian Commando | Noticing the other two skilled fighters finally deciding to go at it on the other side of the Arena, Armand decided to get down to business. Motioning Narmina to draw closer to his back, he dropped the act of using Iaido for showmanship and focused purely on dropping his enemies one after the other. Working their way to the dead center of the Arena, both Narmina and Armand wove their attacks together to cover the weak spots of their beloved, while simulataneously dispatching enemies. The casualties slowly increased, until only 9 enemy combatants remained. The seven men surrounding Narmina and Armand slowly creeped forward, apprehensive looks on all of their faces. Once they crept within an acceptable range, Narmina gave Armand but the subtlest of motions, then leapt out at her nearest of 3 would-be attackers. Feeling the incoming blades angled towards her head, she promptly leaped backwards, parrying the sudden offensive rush of enemies. The men who so readily thought they were going to lay waste to this woman were sorely suprised when she rebounded in their faces, her blade making quick, precise slashes along their necks. Hearing the thumps of their corpses striking the ground, she turned around to see her beloved already leaning against the wall, the other four assailents' avatar's disappeared. "Well then. Shall we check up on the other two children?" Armand asked, extending his hand to her. "Yes, I think we shall." She said, her impish smile leading their way across the suddenly empty battlefield. -=-=-=-=-=- And then there were 4. >=3. Last edited by Armand; 08-21-2008 at 10:26 AM. |

| Gunzfactorian Guardian | "What in the hell?" Nathan asked hearing gunshots and the screams of panic stricken innocents. He and Sara raced to the helicopter pads and to their shock they found Omega over a pile of bodies. "Omega, what….?" Sara asked trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. "No," Nathan said drawing his sword. " Not Omega….." "Who are you?" Nathan asked somehow knowing the answer. It couldn't be, but this utterly sickening malice he felt emanating from Omega was so familiar…It could only come from one source. He remembered the last question "He" had asked him "Boy, what is your name?" |

| Gunzfactorian Hero | Adam "Whoa Whoa Whoa!!" The commentator boomed over the jeering crowd, as only four more competitors stood on the field, two of them squaring off but not landing any blows. "Ladies and gentlemen, Due to one pair obliterating the field, we are FORCE CLOSING this battle!" Down below, the field suddenly seemed to disappear along with the four remaining people. The next thing Adam saw was the familiar warping area, surrounded by the other four. Unfortunately for the white haired man in front of him, Adam was mid swing when he warped. A Loud "thunk" resounded through the warp room as Adam hit the man's head squarely. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Taal A blob of black came into existence in front of a small party of three, looming eerily in front of them. Two bright red orbs drifted in the middle, peering at the trio through the floating evil. "A message for the unworthy." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Taal is in front of Artrix~ Armand got pwnt Last edited by Scuba; 08-21-2008 at 08:19 AM. |

When they reached, they alerted the guards there. Then, they used the teleportation device to get to the capitol city. They were in such a hurry that Artrix didn't even have time to stabilize himself after teleporting. They headed for the Order's building, with the mages leading the way and Artrix following behind them. Last edited by terence775; 08-21-2008 at 09:47 AM.

"Tenshi no Inmetsu", he reminisced mockingly, letting the malice flow like venom in his voice. "The Angel of Destruction. Fancy seeing parasites like you here." ~*~ Angelos strode through the library within the Royal Palace, his trademark clothes flowing softly behind him as he thumbed through each of the ancient shelves in search of something that only he could see. With an exasperated sigh, he stepped back to study the entire column of ancient text, looking for a book that he had remembered placing there the other day. "Let's see..." he spoke to himself. "Libraria Daemonica.... Libaria Daemonica..." "Excuse me?" A man stepped out from behind the suitcase, holding a thick leatherbound book in his extended hands. "Were you looking for this?" He smiled. "Sorry, I saw this on the shelf and I couldn't resist taking a peek." Angelos managed a smile in return as he took the book into his open hand. The man was his height, but probably younger in age, armored in something that looked to be light in material. As the book entered his hand, the High Chaplain could not help notice that the man had an unusually pale complexion, and strangely discolored eyes. What was else, he did not sense any magical presence from him; but rather an anti-presence that he found to be cold and unreceptive, completely opposite to the man' outer expression. "Thank you, stranger." He spoke softly. "May I ask what you are here for?" The man widened his eyes a little in surprise. "Are you Chaplain Angelos? I'm the Aide that they assigned to you. My job is to take care of errands and menial tasks and free up time for you." Angelos narrowed his amber eyes in suspicion. "I was not informed that one would be assigned to me. Whom did you say sent you?" "His Majesty did", the Aide replied proudly, his chest sticking out a small amount. " You can confirm this with him if you wish." Good grief, the Chaplain thought. He had no intention of asking. His duty was to the young Vallon Virgo, but it was not his place to question what the King did or did not do. The man was strange yes, maybe even a little unnatural, but neither looks nor magic potential was a prerequisite for being a common assistant. "Very well then", he replied sternly. He descended the spiral staircase onto the first floor of the library, the Aide keeping pace behind him. "Do you have a name, Aide? Or are you content with just a title?" "It's Colt. Colt Sorn, pleased to meet you, your Grace." Angelos gave a curt nod and turned around, touching the ground floor of the castle as he did so. His bewitching eyes and tanned face stood transfixed to his front, not seeing the predatory look Epsilon gave him as the two stepped from the library.

| Gunzfactorian Soldier | The mages burst through the doors and found the High Chaplain Angelos exiting the library, followed by his Aide. They ran in front of him and knelt down; "High Chaplain! We've received a threatening message from a demon! They are going to attack and capitol and plan to kill the King!" |
