Nice man, really awesome drawings. Shading tones are really good too, though for example on the first picture, the shading lines on the face could look a little more natural. Also the tears could look a bit more like they were welling out of his eyes. Though otherwise, I have nothing to share with you but compliments! 10/10!

That's how his eyes look in the anime/manga, he did it right. I do agree on the face shading though, maybe just a little softer =)

why's it smoking? and wtf is with ulquoirras eye colour? It's too vivid. his lines look like flowing tears, ffs.
and that face shading is shit, you should have used cross hatching

The Ulquiorra is sweet. I think his expression should be a little more blank tho(If thats even possible O_O..) . That Menos looks awesome.
