I would have had the character in the center, popping off of a smaller background out over the forum background. Also I'd put the font running behind it, and fixed the animation so that the text doesn't jump on the repeat frame.

Nice effort though, clean it up and it'll look great.

I'm sorry, but the truth is that this doesn't even deserve over 2/10.
You only used some white brushes on a black background and added a character with a black background.
The character isn't a bad idea(even if "pro" sigs would never have animated stuff, but it looks cute/kewl), but the black background behind it is.

You should change your style, 100% brush sigs are awful.
