Honestly, you might as well turn on your TV without cable, record it, and get a better effect, as well as something better sounding. But doing this discussion is like saying SM helps with DDR: Only minorly. It'll only help you realize patterns, and catch things faster, but the act of applying it to your feet compared to your fingers is different. Also, there are three ways of playing SM: Spread, Index, and One-Hand (three or four fingers). Depending on how you play it can adjust your skill, but only in that game. So, in other words: it would most likely only help minorly, not majorly. |

| Gunzfactorian | lol. love DDR, too. parapara too. and all those music sims. lol. anyways, not to seem like a noob, although i've been playing for sometime, i never got told or found out what k-style was. lol... (btw. if i can, i might get a camcorder that you can hook up to your comp and show a vid of me freestyling on parapara... with out my signature glowsticks, sadly. stupid things kept dying on me, so i just left them there. blah.) tsuteto is right, though. it only helps in pattern synopsis. everything else is all application, as i have seen with my friend. i have stepmania, and all. and i can do 9-footers. i only do on StepMania what i can do on the pad on the sole basis that if i don't i might lose the sync between my brain and my legs. there has to be a stable balance with your legs most of the time. because without that balance, i lost my footing. |

Dude dont tell them about Stepmania, that's my job, i own you in SM anyway =/ Stepmania DOES help with K style, if you need to learn to BF faster then you need fast fingers and a beat going on in your head. If you can increase and decrease the speed of that beat in your head, then you have full manipulation of BF. Personal experience, i've been playing for 2 years. =) EDIT: I can post a vid of me playing it si tu veux o_O | |

![]() | Lol, stepmania is for my right hand, gunz for my right hand. I don't need and I don't want a slow hand, both are equally fast. 4 months of playing and already Aing 10 and 11 steppers 2,8 years of gunz playing, insane butterfly. Gunz isn't about speed, it's about countering your enemies moves, any good E-styler and K-styler will tell you that. I mean, what do I need my butterfly for when sprayers try to shoot me from 50 m in town |

Then you start perfecting those movements to be precise, whether to get Marvelous, or to perform a BF without fail at all. And Casval... who the hell are you? XD |
