a certain bind... how can i?

how can i bind "mouse5" and "mouse4" for my weapon switching???
is it possible? cuz u cant do it ingame, and the config has some weird number codes for certain controls

Lol i need a mouse with buttons on the side...

I dont think there IS a way atm to do it with buttons 4 and 5.
