Q. Why are the localized versions are getting the final version?

Actually the international edition is most recent version though it does not support some features like Quest/Clan-War mode. Because we wanted to provide full features when it releases, we didn't provide those features.

Then why are the localized versions are getting full features??

-> Because they're commercial edition. Though GunZ is free to play, players from localized versions paying money for buying premium items.

Q. MAIET is just moving too slow. We're the international. It's the most important.

Yes, I agree and sorry about that. As you know we're very small sized company. There are just 17 peoples in MAIET including 16 developers.

Then why do not MAIET employ more developers? No, that's not true. We are looking for more developers continuously. Unfortunately, we're just obscure small company in Korea, and there are not so many developers who want to join us. Especially it's too hard to find skillful programmers for us. To make us more miserable, other famous BIG development companies are trying to do head-hunting our staffs. -_- (WTF!!!!)

"Then how could the local versions be so fast??!! Grrrrr..." For local versions, only thing what we have to do is just 'updating'. We do not provide local services directly. CJ Internet is one of the biggest Korea publishers, and many customer service team serve our customers. For Japanese edition? CJ Internet Japan is just early staged company in Japan. But they already have many experiences on providing online game service including customer services. Also I think that LevelUp! for Philippine/Brazil/India will give high-quality customer service.

Then let's mention about the International edition. We're not SOE or Blizzard. There is no one who can support cusomter services. Selling premium items are not so hard.

But there is another big issue for the International edition. Customer service is.

"What??? We don't need cusomer service so much!!!!" No, that's not true. Let's think about 'refund'. How could it can be? Also C/S have to be operated for 24 hours because it's the international edition. While peoples from Singapore are sleeping, peoples who live in Newyork are not.

Needless to say, we have to invest more money for release of the International edition, and it's so hard to decide about that.

When we started to provide iGunZ, I thought that we can prepare whole things about its release. But we found that there are more problems what we have to solve before it releases.

Q. MAIET doesn't care about iGunZ. It'll never be released.

Umm... If we do not care, we will stop the service. We do not have any reason to waste our money/time for things what we do not care.

Need time. Ah, need more peoples seriously. I'm looking for solutions for that.

Q. GunZ won't go long due to the hackers, the ping problems, the glitches like butterfly and slashshot...

Hackers: D**n hackers. Yeah, we're totally wasting our precious time and resources to fight with hackers. More hacks, more delaying.

Honestly, sometimes I regret providing iGunZ for hackers.

Ping Problem: Umm...

Glitches: Butterfly/slashshot things are originally a kind of gliches. But they're 'APPROVAL' bugs. Now we're always testing them when we release new versions because there are many peoples who like them.

Also there are some more glitches in maps. Yes, we know. But there are some 'technical' issues to leave them. Anyway I heard that our current graphics engine cannot fix the problem

Q. GunZ is my life!

Uh oh...
