Well, i keep havent to re-download Gunz cus my dad keeps deleting it from his comp so i wanna know:

why the **** does it stop torrenting after 98%?????? i downloaded it from fileplanet or whatever.

~Med~ i have completely downloaded it 5 out of 8 attempts

Yeah, most likely you just keep on exitting and GunZ never gets familiar with the files and you just do it all over again. After making sure your computer speed is well you should then start up the launcher because if it's slow you won't have fun anyways.
