Agent Error - What´s this?

Well i got a weird error every time i play gunz... When i enter on a game, from time to time it shows a player-like message saying "Agent Error: Agent not available", and *sometimes, not always* after some time i get back to my starting point on that map, with my HP and AP totally recovered. I thought that this may be a connection problem (slow connection or error), but it´s strange that i can see everyone moving perfectly and quicly on map. (Maybe i´m wrong in this part...)They can hit and kill me but i can´t. I killed only two players on all my gameplay...

I´ve got really frustrated because i can´t play it normally. If someone could help me i´ll become very thankful ^^

Hmm Agent error comes on when i come on most of the time.... its something like your comp aint soncronized with your opponent. This means that your opponent will have a lag sign on top of there heads and 999 ping. This also restrict you from seeibng the person you had agent error with

Agent error is bad connection i get it sometimes when i join games and sometimes when i join, rejoin his ping is like 200 :P, but -clz- xplained most of it

Yea also the part about you not being able to hit them makes me think you might be lagging. Ok when you go in a game and this happens press Tab and check the pings if most of them are over 200 then that means you wont be able to kill people very much.

You have a bad connection, and you're playing Team Deathmatches.

My ping is always on 0 and the others are always above 1000. I don´t know much about the ping thing, i´m new to this game yet, but since one member said that the ping of the other members must be near 200 i think i´m with a slow connection at all...

BTW what´s a good ping number for me in relation with the other players? And what this ping number really means?

the agent error is a bug, if your pings are totally diff. you cant see the person you agent error with

the second is team auto balance

oh, and your ping is always 0 to yourself

someone with a 500+ ping to YOU is considered lagging for YOU

Pings are relative to you

How long does it take your computer to commincate with itself? rounded it should be 0ms. However the pings to another computer is how long it takes a packet of information sent be your computer through the common network and reach your opponent.

For example I could be in a game with a ping of 70 to everyone there, apart from 1 who gets a ping of 400 to me.

He could however see everyone at ping of 400.

dont let pings worry you too much. If youve learnt to lead, or rather, when you have, it will not be an issue

The lag could be caused by different things. Slow computer that cant process calculations fast enough, crap modem, crappy router, and so on.

I hope that i dont sound like an idiot saying that

to make pings lower:
dont let any other progs open (maybe just Xfire)
try low graphics resolutions
