Server Lag or me lagging?

when im playing they say im lag but i can see there ping 200+ too maybe im lagg but when the first gunz im not lagging so what is the problem?

The server lag or me bcoz i have 100% kbps so im sure im not the one lagging

but im happy that i lvl my char 13-28 in just 4-5 hours ^^

pls post if u have the same prob...

Server lag doesn't affect ping.
But servers do make ppl spike. It's you though.

What CT says....

when server lags when you die, you dont respawn... or when you do clanchat (or normal chat) you dont see themessages show up. stuff like those are server lags...
