Problem with launcher

Hey guys i got a new comp and I was wondering i downloaded and installed gunz but when i press start game it won't work. any help??

lol your old one breaks so you get a new one? i wish it was that way with me, then i'd break my computer too. about the launcher, i would make sure your firewall is configured to allow gunz to get through. I've run into this problem a few times, so it could be the case.

Ive had the same comp for over 10 years so yeah its a great exception so how do you turn ur firewall off -.-

if it's just the default firewall (one that automatically comes with windows) you get there by going:

control panel -> security center -> window firewall -> exceptions

this will bring up a list of programs that the firewall either blocks internet access to or allows it access. make sure gunz is not being blocked, and if it is, unblock it.

if your firewall is by macafee, norton, or some other virus scan thing than firewall options should work the same way, just bring up the antivirus program to get to it.
