I know how to hs, that means i'm skilled! Oh really?

I'm pretty tired of getting flamed every time i kill one of you k-stylers out there while using any other weapon than a shotgun.

I go into a game and i kill a k-styler...
K-styler: lololol sprayer noob/rocket whore/dagger nub etc...
K-styler: e-style/d-style takes no skill, only k-style takes skills, you suck, you have no skills
Me: Well then your defeat is even more humiliating considering i didn't even need "skills" to defeat your super pro skilled k-style don't you think?
K-styler: ....

Okay.

These are the skills you need in the game(in no particular order):

-Aiming: Knowing how to hit your opponent
-Dodging: Knowing how not to get hit by your opponent
-Tactics: Knowing when is the time to play defensive/offensive, teamwork in clan wars
-Leading: Yes, leading is a skill in this game, like it or not, you need it
-A brain: We all have one. Without a brain we'd be mindless vegetables. You need a brain for everything you do.

Those are the skills you need. You don't need k-style to have skills like most people say.

K-style is just a combination of moves designed to help you ENHANCE those skills. To help you use them better. Knowing how to hs doesn't automatically mean you're skilled if you can't aim. You don't need to hs to dodge properly. Pfft!

Yes, you DO need some things to k-style:

-Brain: You need this to memorize the movement combinations. It also helps you know what to press and when to press it
-Timing(some call this micromanagement): Helps you do the above very fast

That's all you need to k-style.

That said, what skills do you need to rs spam shotguns? Well you need a brain, timing and....that's it.

You can aim, dodge and be a tactically proficient player without k-style BUT you're nothing if you can do all the k-style moves and you bf in a straigh line when i use a rifle.

This was not a rant. It was my attempt at explaining the fact that knowing how to k-style doesn't automatically make you a skilled player.

and you do need aiming if you're going to use revs. not all K-Stylers are RS spammers. basically you need everything you listed to be a K-Styler.
