Cruez Shotgun is the best in my opinion. Best unlimited clothes go for looks, and I think Desert Flame looks cool.

i think the cruzilion is the best wep...

but as for clothing, im not too sure about...

and side item.....it depends on how you use it, so far it would have to be prem meds since they are tooo good

The best premium suit is one that you created on your own by mixing and matching different sets. As for coins:

Fire: Does 7 dmg per second but attacks AP first.
Poison: Does 3-5 dmg per second and attacks HP only.
Ice: Enemy can't dash or tumble for a few seconds.
Lightning: Enemy goes up in the air, stunned for a short time.

the exact number are always good to know.

if you are going for poison or fire, here is my suggestion:

Fire: shotgun>rev
Poison: shotgun<rev

shotguns damage ap mostly, and revs damage hp mostly. you should probably specialise.

other ones are just for extra pbs or juggles isntas....they are used to set up the more dificult things (exept for the pb's)
