| Gunzfactorian Guardian | It depends on how good your computer is. If your computer is bad for games, then optimizing options in GunZ will most likely make better gameplay. If your computer is great for games, optimizing options in GunZ probably won't do anything. For example: Cerb3us is one of the best gladiator players in GunZ. Screenshots of Cerb's gameplay show that the background is on "low". In effect, he probably plays only on optimization for "better safe than sorry". |

![]() ![]() ![]() | I just turn off reflection map, light map, shader and dynamic light. Everything else i play on a mix of normal/high. I've done this since day one of iGuNZ. I barely lag with this 2001 computer o.O with Vista. But I'm not pro. =( |

| Gunzfactorian | Some maps where it's dark and you can't see very far, you can turn off light map and etc and it'll display for you, but lower quality of course. For example, on Dungeon quest at the final/second to last stage with the large pillars, it'll work. Havent really tried it on other maps though. I use max settings most of the time lol. |

| Gunzfactorian Soldier | My computer, though obsolete, can kick teh Gunz's ass. I have everything on high (unless i'm in a room with tons of rocket users. I then put Effects on normal). My computer's always yelling at me, saying "OMG this game is SO EASY!! Give me something harder dammit!!" I then start up Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion on the highest settings, and it cries. /evil |
