How do you use a dagger? (not how _should_ you use a dagger.)

Like,
I use a dagger because I can move more crazily with it. Sword seems way too slow for me. I don't try to attack with a dagger much because I tend to get BFed in the face. I get close, but not close enough to poke or be poked.
I habitually charge up a massive, massive, dash, lunge, and shoot with rocket. Then I tumble backwards, shoot with a rifle, and throw a grenade to the spot my victim is running to. It usually works, unless I'm in a map like dungeon.

On the topic of playing in dungeon, is there any way to pit fly with a dagger? It always seems that I end up sliding down the side of some stairs or something even though I poked the wall. I suicide too much there, so I try to avoid that map. I played in stairway in IGunZ and didn't have that problem, though!

Anyhow,
Do you:
- Follow guides?
- Say, "screw guides"?
- Attack more with dagger? If you do, then why?
- Attack more with ranged weapons? If so, which ones?
- Use dagger and ranged weapons equally when attacking?
- Use dagger for movement only?

Any other questions I should be asking?

- Say, "screw guides"? NO
- Attack more with dagger?If you do, then why? Corners or Surprises, never direct for long periods of time with a dagger
- Attack more with ranged weapons? If so, which ones? the thing with daggers is it allows you a large arsenal of weapons (IE dual MGs)
- Use dagger and ranged weapons equally when attacking? more ranged imo
- Use dagger for movement only? yes and no. yes for escape and heal and no for the hit once hide and hit agian.

I don't care about guides! I'm out to know what GzF dagger users use their dagger for.

@sheep: How do I not use my dagger? If I didn't use it I would just tumble around all the time...

I use my dagger when I want to get a massive from a hard to hit bflier or bring some guy who just started shotgun spamming back into bfly mode, so I can hit him with rockets.

I also use it to freak people out when they try healing.

Jump/Dash at wall -->Wall Jump off-->Stab-->Repeat

I just love to come from behind corner and stab combo -> lunge my enemy to death.

Well, I guess I do use ranged weapons more, since daggers just suck at open areas.

No. Dagger noobing is just to fun.
