Clan creation and clan close

I try to create a clan with my other character and everyone expected but the clan is still not created.Plus my other character i can't close down the clan.Is there a bug?

There is a clan creation bug around to which a message comes up "cant create clan". About clan closing but, I see people talking about it that its still around. There are already threads about this topic.

You have to wait like 1-3 days to close clan =.=

A friend of mine tried to close his clan, but has yet for it to actually work. He has tried it about 10 times, and waited over 8 days since trying. He has tried it every day, as no more of his members are even players. I also had the problem of not being able to leave a clan. The clan list page wouldn't load, so I could not right click my name and click quit the clan. None of the /commands work either, so they are pointless. Got any Suggestions to ways we might be able to fix these problems.
