Invite-a-friend?

Have you tried to invite your real life friends to join the epic game of gunz? What did you first show them to attempt to entice them into playing? What was their reaction?


I tried to do it to my cousin, and he told me no. Just flat out no. I showed him how to play, about 4 months ago, and he told me he didn't have the patience to learn the moves outright. He said I was an awesome player though, and was fun to watch XD Ego boost +6

I have a friend who plays, I showed him the game, and immediately he hated it due to the game being so complex in button smashing techniques... now he loves the game.

Showed it to three of my friends and how I play, after seeing the crazy button smashing one said the graphics sucks, one said 'wtf do I need swords for?' the third tried but failed so he stopped.

I tried introducing my house mates to gunz.

First house mate;

Me: "Dude check out this sick FPS/Sword game thing ...
Him: "Oh yeah... cool." -Walks off-

Second;

Him: "You're making too much noise, some of us work you know?!?!"
Me: "Man this game is sick you should play it."
Him: "Go to bed or something man I can't sleep with all that keyboard bashing!"
Me: "STFU **** get the **** out of my room!"

Third;

Me: "You should try playing that gunz game you watched me playing the other day!"
Him: "I don't play games."

As for the fourth, she barely can use a PC and I hate her so yeah. I tried, my house mates are ghey.

As for finding this game, I found it on a forum. I was ranting about how crap all the MMORPG's were these days and I wish there was a MMOFPSRPG I could play and this was mention. Close enough.
