| GunZFactor Founder | GunZFactor Forum Rules If you break any of these rules, ninjas will come into your house, steal your food, take away your birthday, and cause general havoc. If you would like to avoid such happenings, become familiarized with any ten of the following guidelines of your choice from the list. 1. Do not aggravate the administrators or moderators. 2. Respect other users. It's not nice to be mean, and the ninjas frown strongly upon it. Debate all you want, but keep it civil. Flaming will land you a fresh warning and repeat offenders will be banned. This also entails giving proper credit for intellectual property. If you didn't make it or say it first, give the full credit where credit is due. As we have many color-blind users and multiple styles available that can make some colors of text invisible, please use the default colored text at all times. 3. Avoid posting abnormally large images. If the image stretches the forum tables, you're bound to violate rule #1. 4. Stay on topic as much as possible. Threads can range a bit but remain on topic and your posts will stay safe and intact. 5. Keep it rated PG-13. This means no excessive swearing or strong sexual references. The forums have a smallish filter but it's easy to get around. Everyone knows this, so don't pretend to be sneaky with the well placed aster*sks or p#und signs. Also, avoid posting pornography any time you feel like not getting banned. It's totally up to you. This includes signatures. For clarification, pictures of girls (or whatever you're into) are allowed around the forum (signatures, avatars, posts) but must not be sexual in nature. See this thread for more information. 6. Do not repost deleted material. If we deleted it, it was meant to stay that way. If you repost previously deleted material, it will follow the same fate. 7. Please, no advertising. If you have another site/forum/link etc, put it in your signature. If its a resource to the community, post it in the bounty stockpile and PM one of the staff members and we'll give it the attention it deserves. If you want your guild advertised, post it in the guild listings and it'll get posted on the main site. 8. By all means, feel free to post hacks, warez, etc. when you want your membership to end. No one likes it when games get ruined by getting hacked to pieces and I know we've all been there and none of us want to support that sort of thing. Posting or requesting methods for obtaining hacks, warez, etc will result in an infraction or banning. Posting or requesting methods for obtaining access to versions of GunZ that are not intended for your country's use will be considered hacking/requesting hacks. If you don't qualify for a particular version of GunZ, don't persue it. 9. Avoid double posting. If you double post for the first time, a moderator will delete it but include the deleted material in your previous posts. It happens to the best of us, so its perfectly understandable from time to time. If you happen to become a habitual double poster... remember the ninjas? Exactly. 10. Do not violate rule #1. Summary If a moderator feels that a person deserves a ban without warning, they can do so with the full support of the staff. There is no red tape. We trust our moderators and so should you. We're here to serve you and to support a kickass community of hardcore gunz players. If we aren't enjoying ourselves here, there's no point to the site existing. PM us some feedback anytime.
