okay, i know Maiet doesnt want to mess with the delicate balance of the game by introducting new weapons BUT the game will proceed to grow boring and less intresting. Simple new melee (not dual dagger or any skin changes) weapons such as a long staff or a mace. Along with higher lvled melee and ranged that dont stop at 50 since most old igunz user topped out around 70.
so what do you feel?

I feel they should try new stuff
A mace or new types of swords are all good ideas
maybe a couple lvl 30 or lvl 40 swords that are either fairly fast and have crap dmg, and huge, slow swords that do like 35 dmg

This "huge, slow sword" better not be able to block. BF rape would just be a few hits away. I just want the dual daggers, seeing as I'm used to k-style, whenever I d-style I hit the shift key when I'm in trouble of dying then get pissed because I was retarded enough to hit shift with a dagger. Also, massive gun nao, but make it a lot of weight so people won't be able to get two of them to RS. Or make only one massive gun T_T. Also, a massive gun would work with enchantments =D

what they need is another weapon type like another kind of sword one thats fast, does low damage (like the kodachi but not as fast) and increase your moving speed? cmon we got stuff that decreases it so why not increase it? at the sacrifice of some power (to scare away those bfers lol no speed for u)

The controls of the game don't seem very far away from controling a sword/dagger and a pistol/SMG/Revolver at the same time. The sword can already block by just pressing flip+slash. Shift could be fire gun. Also the movement controls could be combined as well. Dash - double tap directional keys. To tumble Dash+space. A few things that might be a problem, Blocking and shooting at the same time. It shouldn't be possible because you'll block your own bullets or hit your own gun. Dashing And shooting, That is possible but your accuracy should'nt be too great at all because your moving as fast as you can.

Edited: Oh ya, too have melee weapon duel weilded with one handed weapon, you have to hit both weapons switch buttens at the same time or you can bind a key with the same commands. The one handed weapon can not be a duel weilded weapon like duel pistols, it has to be a single one handed weapon thats set in one of your weapon slots.

Gunz is set in the industrial age, Also the adventure age. According to the background. I think new weapons shouldn't be too far advanced like the 50. cal berreta sniper rifle that can shoot 1500 meters and can shoot through a engine block. More like WarWorld2 weapons like the discontinued flame thrower that we used to use against enemy bunkers. Advantages that you can put your enemy on fire, put the map on fire for a short time, and use the fire like smoke with a blinding like heat. Problems with flame throwers was that ammo can be used up quickly, it only reaches a short/meduim range, and a bullet could ignite the tank that holds the fuel and put the soldeir on fire and any one next to him. If your on fire you could stop, drop and roll to get it to stop or just dash and tumble as much as you can. Sniper rifles back then I have no idea how far they could shoot but surely not 1500 meters or even powerful enough to shoot through a engine block. They did have a scope. Current maps arnt big enough for sniper rifles right now but a problem can occur if they add sniper rifles, they could be too powerful. Replaceing shotguns and turn into a 2 or 4 shot easy kill for k stylers and d stylers with great accuracy. Right now theres a way to get rid of the slow delay and recoil. So for sniper rifles maybe they can only be shot in scope or every time you fire you have to reload. Or if that certain way doesn't work with sniper rifles. Can't remember it right now, Reload shot, whatever it is? Please Correct me on this.

Theres already a change to the feature list of IGUNz to IJJI GUNz. Not much changed, just a few words like realistic fighting. GunZ The Duel: International Edition

What kind of new guns though? A flamethrower would lag up the game.
Noobs running around on fire though would be hilarious. Sniper rifles would be overused. If they were real heavy, powerful, slow, and automatically went into scope mode when switched to would balance it out so no one spams them.

Sniper rifle spam hahaha.

WTF!! Flame Thrower?? kk we already have elemental swords we dont need elemental guns. Now if you said elememtal armour that would cancel out a third or so of elemental damage and sword damage I cna tolerate that.

Yes I wanna use the big sword cnat wait for it to come out, whatever they decide to release would be kool but first letz wait for them to release the prems that Kgunz have that we dont have.
