non-NA kicked from ijji gunz?

A lot of friend from overseas told me, that they had problems with ijji gunz, that it wouldn't let them play. Once they are on the launcher, they click 'start game' and then a window of the link GunZ The Duel: International Edition pops up. Is it true? Here, residing in the u.s, I can access ijji gunz, but many are not able to, like my friends, and some people complaining at ijji gunz forums. Anyone have any ideas or anything of the like about this situation?

The IP Filter block already started since yesterday. And yup, you can still see the launcher, click the Start Game button, and load the game. But, the server select screen will be blank and a pop-up window with GunZ The Duel: International Edition in it will appear.

So bad for BR people. They will have to search for a proxy conexion.
